I have multiple certifications in special education, as well as a teaching license for Elem Educ. I taught 38 years. Nine of these years were with kdgn-2nd graders. The remaining 29 years I taught within 3-6-year-olds using my Early Child Special Education certification. I went through training to be a PCA for a special child with epilepsy and continue to be engaged with family contact as she graduates from high school in 2025. At this time I am giving care to my 22-month-old granddaughter approximately 2 weeks out of every month. She has a hearing loss in one ear, but between her parents and grandparents, she is above her age in all developmental skills!!! She is truly a blessing to us. Each of her grandparents take a week or so each month to drive 2 hours and care for her. My schedule varies, I have decided to reach out to families who may seek assistance on the weekends or Tuesdays
