About Barbara

Hello! I'm Barbara. I have much experience with both tutoring in the mainstream schools, and homeschooling. I know these times feel so uncertain, and I hope I will be the person for your family. I am creative with interests in many areas such as piano(Experience 17+ years), arts/crafts, theater(I take part in community theater), baking(with a home baking business for a couple Years) and have been a nanny/homeschool teacher for a few years now as well! While obtaining my bachelor's degree, I observed many great mentor teachers, and had the privilege of tutoring their students as well. I did over 150+hours and continued on to get my substitute teaching certification after graduating. Though I specialize in elementary education and the younger kids, I am completely comfortable with working with all kid/ through the high school ages. I'd love to share more experiences.
