My experience has been with adults and children with physical and mental challenges. I have worked in group homes, and also one-on-one with clients. I am a very caring, compassionate and gentle person. I am very thorough and focused on the needs of others. My experience also includes Dementia, Alzheimer's and Hospice care. My focus is to support those in need and provide support to the family. For the past 2 years I have worked doing private CNA home care with the elderly. I am looking for overnight shifts with flexibility for start time and finish time. I am up to date on first aid, CPR, c. n. a. and caregiver certs. and t. b. test.

Barbara was a caregiver during my mothers last months. We were truly blessed to have someone so knowledgeable and caring working for us. Barb did so many things that were extra, she was a good cook and could really make my mom's hair look terrific. She made my mother feel better just by looking better. When it was near the end all of Barb's training came into play and she coordinated with Hospice to get exactly the best care for her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
