I love to cook and I am also a certified Pilates instructor so if your looking a safe low impact exercise I'll be glad to provide it. I am a certified care giver. the last few people I cared for had Alzheimer and Dementia. I am familiar with cognitive behavior therapy. My partner has health issues and I still work. Barbara has been a blessing in our lives. She's dependable, caring and does her job without missing a step. When I call to check in, she not only gives me vitals, she updates me on any of our new health issues that we are address and also any observances that she sees throughout her stay. She always has a smile and her client is her top priority! Giving me this level of support is no small task and we are very grateful. She is in the right profession. I cannot say enough good words about Barbara.
