About Balin

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, energetic and determined. I love being a positive light to others, encouraging them, and helping them to accomplish everything they might need. I like working with kids because they remind me so much of my own family and some families back at home I used to watch over! I think working with kids is so much fun because you can have such an edifying time with them, help cultivate their imagination and help them to grow to be the best versions of themselves. I started working with kids when I lived back in California. I had professional job experience teaching children's soccer and coaching them to be better, and the occasional side gig of babysitting for family friends and my own siblings. One thing you should know about me is I love making sure all that gets done is done, while maintaining a fun atmosphere for those around me! My favorite thing to do is to turn chores into games.
