Hello my name is Bailie! I'm new to San Diego from Montana. I graduated college in May of 2018 with my Bachelors of Science in Business Management as a student athlete (volleyball). I'm looking for a new life and would love to nanny for a great family! I am one of four siblings and have over 1 dozen cousins on each side so I LOVE kids. I love activity, learning, sports, and the growth process. I am driven to be someone kids can have fun with and look up to! Bailee watched our child from September-November 2022. We knew when she was hired after the volleyball season she would begin looking for full-time employment, something our family was unable to provide. What we did not expect was the manner in which she left our family, there was a verbal commitment to inform us once she started having interviews for FT employment, Bailie did not follow through on this commitment. Pros: - Attentive to my child's schedule - Engaged with my child during his waking hours Cons: - Informed our family she could no longer watch our child with less than 24 hours notice (informed us at 2pm Monday and was due to watch our child at 8am Tuesday) - Left the position via text message rather than a conversation.
