About Bailey

I started babysitting for as long as I remember from my little siblings to other children around the neighborhood. Eventually I started at a preschool as a resource teacher helping with all ages between 3 months-5 years. Through my time as a resource I started trainings from Colorado Shines to earn my certification as a lead teacher as well as started school for a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. Since then, I have been certified and became a lead in a classroom ranging from ages 2-3. I excel in teaching emotional understanding, regulation techniques, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering essential self-care skills like potty training and expending vocabulary.
