About Bailey

I'm a creative and imaginative caregiver with 13 years of experience providing safe and nurturing environments for children of all ages. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day via text or phone call, whichever they prefer. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. My approach to childcare is centered around play and learning. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I have a graduate degree in Education and have been teaching junior high students for six years. Recently, I decided to move from Louisiana to Middle TN and will be teaching my 7th year at Stewarts Creek.
