Hello! My name is Bailey. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach. I graduated from ODU in May 2022 and have previously worked as a nanny for two families. I have recently returned from a year abroad as I was working as an Au Pair for a wonderful family in The Netherlands, with whom I still maintain a strong and positive relationship with. That experience was transformative, allowing me to immerse myself into new cultures and become a "big sister" to the two young girls I took care of. I love working with children and enjoy their joyful and playful energy. Teaching them and watching them grasp new concepts is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy reading, singing, dancing, and creating crafts with children. I have experience in preparing meals, tidying/laundry, and transporting children to school/after school activities. Hired her the full time nanny but she also babysat for us. Very slow to respond to text messages (which is really tough when you're trying to plan as a family), spent a lot of time on her phone while watching my kids, quit without any notice. Other than those major things she was a nice girl and the kids liked her.
