About Bailey

As a caring and responsible individual, I'm passionate about supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. With over a year of paid experience and many years of experience with family friends, my patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in a variety of activities that promote learning and development. To ensure open communication, I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow the parents' preferred communication method throughout the day. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and adapting my approach to their specific guidelines. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a diverse range of games, from classic board games and puzzles to educational games that promote learning. I'm graduating college shortly with a Bachelor's degree in finance. Also, with my experience helping my younger sibling with schoolwork, I believe I can be valuable as a tutor if needed.
