I'm a compassionate and nurturing childcare provider with a passion for caring for children. Being the eldest of many younger siblings and having raised in a traditional household by my grandparents has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in caring for kids of different ages. I possess a calm and gentle demeanor, treating children with the respect and kindness they deserve. Effective communication is key, so I provide regular updates throughout the day, either written or via photos, and am always available for phone calls or verbal communication during pick-up and drop-off times. I'm also flexible and can accommodate any special requests or preferred methods of communication. Although I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in positive reinforcement and gentle redirection to help children understand and follow the rules. My approach involves introducing new activities, trying different approaches, or offering choices to refocus their attention.
