Hi :) I would describe myself to be empathetic, bubbly, and warm. I love to adventure, hiking, camping, running. I have been a babysitter since early high school, but began to nanny full time summer of 2023 in my hometown of Washington. Now I nanny for another family (and have for a year or so) in Phoenix Arizona while I complete my schooling ! I have primarily worked with kids ages 5-12, & that has truly been a joy for me! I graduate end of April & move to La Mesa on May 1st, so with that being said I am looking for an SD family! I sincerely believe nannying is more than just a job! Nothing is more important than trusting a caregiver... & my goal as a nanny is not just well-being & safety, but also to be invested in kids interests, successes, and unique character traits. Lastly, I am a firm believer in leaving the house better than I found it, so second to prioritizing the kids, I value keeping the space clean and tidy!

Bailey is a phenomenal caregiver! She has an incredibly positive attitude, great personality, and playful spirit with our girls. We used Bailey as a sitter for a few years before converting her to our daughters' full-time nanny for the past year. She did a great job transitioning from babysitting responsibilities to full-time nanny responsibilities. She's eager to learn new responsibilities and asks good questions to make sure she is meeting expectations. Bailey is hard-worker, reliable, and communicative. Most of all, she was incredibly loving to our daughters, and we were sad to see her move away. Any family would be lucky to have Bailey in their lives!
