About Bailey

I'd describe my personality as reliable, caring and ambitious. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help out families either long or short term. I would like to be able to help kids learn and grow through interactive activities, games, etc. I began working with kids at a young age. I have always babysat for relatives and family friends, as well as families in my community from age 15 to now. I have recently left a youth development assistant position at the YMCA to focus on school and now am ready to get back to working with kiddos again. Some things to know about me! I am very trustworthy and reliable, I am there for your needs when it comes to your children. I will always have the kids best interest at heart. My skills include problem solving, time management and being able to understand a child's needs. As well as light cleaning, prepping meals/snacks. Interactive play, ect. while ensure the child's safety.
