We've had the privilege of working with Bailey to secure her as a nanny for our 6 month old, however due to an unforeseen opening in our desired preschool, we shifted gears. Sharing this as through the process Bailey was nothing less than professional, understanding, and gracious. Her background in child development, innate ability to connect with children, and her pure positivity is hard to find. She is an honest and genuine young woman with a lot to offer a great family. We hope to still continue the relationship with Bailey as a friend and babysitter when available.
