As a nurturing caregiver with 9 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering the growth and development of children. My journey into childcare began with a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on young lives and support families by providing reliable care. I work in behavioral health care with children and am very competent working with children of all ages and "quirks." I strive in patience and friendliness, and I firmly believe in open communication with parents about their child's day and any concerns that arise. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' wishes. I believe in consistency and following a caregiver's lead to create a harmonious environment for the child. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that cater to their interests and developmental needs, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles.
