Bailey was our nanny for 2 years and we moved away or else I would have kept her forever! Not only is she reliable, she is so kind and loving with my kids. She has a degree in child development and knows how to use that knowledge and expertise when taking care of kids. She worked with our kids on feeding, talking, nap routines, and incorporated age appropriate play and activities without relying on screen time. For reference, she nannied my son from 3 months old to 2 years old and my newborn baby girl for 3 months. I can’t recommend bailey enough!
