About Bailey

I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which led me to become a childcare provider. With three years of experience, I'm skilled at caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to preteens. I can comfortably care for up to three children at a time. My patient and calm personality allows me to manage any situation with composure. I'm also creative and imaginative, always coming up with new and exciting ways to engage children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning into our play. I understand the importance of communication and always keep parents informed about their child's day. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules.
