Hello my name is Bailey! I have a total of seven years experience working with children ages birth-12. I spent three years working in a childcare center. I started off as a floater working in all classrooms, but eventually became a lead teacher for the 12-18 month infant classroom. I've recently started working in a childcare setting again caring for children 12-18 months. I have spent the past four years working for Hamilton County's Early Intervention program. I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work and I am currently working on getting a master's degree in Special Education with a licensure in birth-5.

Soon after interviewing Bailey, we decided to put baby in daycare, so we only ended up hiring her a couple times, but she was wonderful with our daughter. It made a difference to us that Bailey's career interests and training are in early childhood education, and she's not 'just' looking to make extra money on the side of unrelated studies. She and baby seemed to have fun together, too. We would hire her again if we need a date-night sitter.
