Hi there! My name is Bailey and I just graduated with an Elementary Education degree. Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to work with kids and ever since then, I've always put myself in positions to be around kids! I started my education journey working in a SPED position and absolutely loved it! Fall of 2020, I nannied/home schooled four amazing kids as their district didn't go back to school yet!! As all the kids were back in school I worked at a behavior specialist this spring of 2021 as a behavior specialist at a special education school for kids with trauma and behavior. The best experience I have ever had! I then moved on to student teaching and have worked all spring as a middle level long term sub! I have over 5 years of experience working with all ages of kids! I am super friendly, easy going, and always looking to share new experiences with others. I love to be outside and hope to have fun this summer. I can't wait to see if we are a perfect fit!
