About Bailey

I am a patient, compassionate person that has been working with kids for over eight years in various settings. I have cared for kids from 6 months to 12 years of age. I find it a privilege getting to witness kids grow in knowledge, skills, and personality throughout the stages of their lives. I have babysat for several families, served as a Sunday school teacher for preschoolers, organized & led a group for elementary aged girls at my church, worked on my city's Parks & Recreation staff running summer kids programs, tutored kids online when they were struggling with distance learning, been a family's nanny for a summer, and worked at a school summer childcare program. I love coming up with creative ways to engage kids and help them grow. I believe children are capable of great things and simply need some support along the way to achieving them.
