About Bailee

As a childcare provider with over eight years of experience, I've had the privilege of caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and support families. I consider myself patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I believe these qualities make me well-suited for this role. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure open and effective communication. When it comes to activities with children, I enjoy a variety of games, both educational and recreational. These include outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
