About Bailee

I am currently a part-time children's ministry director at a local church. I am looking to supplement that income with a part-time nannying position. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. Newborns and toddlers are my favorite age but I'm skilled at caring for children of all ages. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to effectively communicate with children and parents alike. I provide regular updates on your child's day and am always open to discussing any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I previously had CPR and First Aid certifications, and will be willing to get them again if desired by the parents.
