About Bailee

As a natural-born caregiver, I've always been drawn to supporting families and positively impacting children's lives. With a year of experience under my belt, I'm confident in my ability to provide reliable childcare for up to two children between the ages of 4 and 11. My calm and creative personality, coupled with my excellent communication skills, allows me to build strong relationships with children and parents alike. I believe in regular updates throughout the day, using the parents' preferred method of communication. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on both physical and mental development. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and technology-based games with children, all while ensuring household rules are followed. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. CPR training and First Aid certifications mean you can rest assured that your children are in safe hands.
