About Bailee

I've been caring for children since I was 11 and have loved working with all age groups. I started babysitting infants at 12, and my passion for fostering their growth led me to work in the infant room of a daycare, where I cared for multiple babies, supported their development, and created a nurturing environment. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, with six years of experience caring for up to four children at a time. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their lead on household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities with children. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have taken coursework in early child development. As a caregiver, I strive to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive.
