Hello! My name is Bailee, I am a Des Moines native and an ISU graduate! I graduated from Iowa State with a bachelor's of science in Human Development and Family Studies, with a specialization in Health, Well-Being, and Prevention. Throughout high school and college I worked in two daycare centers where I cared for children of all ages. After graduation I worked as a youth treatment counselor in a residential treatment facility for children. I have decided to take a break from this and focus on caring for children in their home. My childcare background combined with my education from ISU have equipped me with the skills to foster a safe, structured, and caring environment for children. I am a non-smoker and have my own reliable vehicle and am comfortable with pets.
