About Bahjo

Hello, I recently graduated from the University of Washington. I have a solid background in babysitting, having cared for children in my neighborhood since my teenage years. During my time at school, I worked with infants to preschool-age children. Additionally, I dedicated time to tutoring K-12th graders at the Rainier Vista Neighborhood House in collaboration with Horn of Africa Services. These experiences have enabled me to nurture, engage, and create positive experiences for children. Witnessing their growth and sharing in their joy has been especially fulfilling. I've gained valuable insights into the various stages of childhood development. Also, I have experience working with kids who have special needs, further enhancing my adaptability and understanding. I'd describe my personality as caring, patient and outgoing. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, checking out new events/restaurants, and traveling around the world.
