About Baaba

I've always loved children, Since 7th grade, my mom always worked different shifts for her job. I began babysitting my 8-year-old sister when I was 12. When I turned 16 I started babysitting for my aunt who had 3 children. They were 1, 5 and 7. I love babysitting, so in my senior year of high school, I went to a Technical School. TCD (Technology Center of DuPage) is where I decided to study in the field of Early Childhood. In TCD with a group of students like myself, we got to do circle time. Circle time is when we taught the preschoolers about the weekend, weather, seasons, alphabet and etc. My classmates and I got to do lesson plans. With lesson plans, we design different activities which surrounded general knowledge like English, Mathematics, Science, Art and etc. After learning we helped the preschoolers with lunch time. Finally, we review about what we learned for the day. Caring for children is my passion and it gives me a sense of being apart of something greater in life.
