I am writing to enthusiastically recommend her for any position or opportunity they may be pursuing. I employed her as a babysitter for my children, J (7) and G (3), for approximately 5 years, from when my boy was 2 and she was here especially when I had my youngest. During this time, she proved to be an incredibly responsible, reliable, and caring individual. She consistently arrived on time, was always well-prepared, and demonstrated a genuine love for children. I was always completely comfortable leaving my children in their care. Her responsibilities included playing games with the children, preparing simple meals, putting them to bed, helping with homework, taking them to the park, etc. She handled these tasks with maturity and efficiency. I was particularly impressed with her ability to handle a fussy baby, her creativity in engaging the children, and her quick thinking in a minor emergency. Beyond her practical skills, she possesses excellent communication skills. She always kept me informed of how the children were doing and were proactive in addressing any concerns. She was also very respectful of our home and our family's routines. She is a trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely kind person. She has a natural ability to connect with children and create a positive and nurturing environment. I am confident that she will be a valuable asset to any endeavor she undertakes.
