I am also a mother to two delightful young girls and am hoping to start school soon! I bring a range of skills to the table, including effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Communication is vital when working with dementia patients and residents, as it requires a thoughtful and compassionate approach. Empathy is also essential, as it enables me to understand and respond to the emotional needs of individuals. Additionally, my problem-solving skills allow me to approach challenges in a logical and methodical way, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
