We had the pleasure of meeting Ayrian through Care.com, seeing that she came highly recommended, and her qualifications and experience are extremely well-suited for the care of a person who is in stroke recovery and almost fully physically dependent. She first worked in our home as a last-minute substitute when my wife's regular home caregiver couldn't make it. From day one, we felt confident in her and at ease in her presence. As a result, she has now worked substitute shifts for us many times and is a go-to back-up caregiver for our team. She has a high skill level in all areas we require, including full bed-level care and Hoyer lift transfers. Ayrian is very attentive to my wife's needs, and she always brightens our day with her bubbly and upbeat personality. We enjoy the meals she prepares for us, and we appreciate how she also notices what else can be done and offers to help out however she can. We will definitely continue to call upon her when needed and as long as she is available. We would also seriously consider her for regular shifts if the need arises in the future.
