About Aylin

Hey there my name is Aylin just a quick introduction about me I was born and raised in many different cities and towns in California moved to AZ more than a decade ago. So what got me into being a nanny? Since I was just a little kid my mom used to ask me and my sister if we can help the other children she used to babysit and not once did I ever deny her I always kept on insisting to helping her out. Now in much later in my life I then used to be a daycare teacher at a learning center for couple of years then after that became a teacher aide at a district school for elementary students on the spectrum. I have learned so much from both facilities that has allowed me to find strategies, communication, and techniques to take care of children from all ages and has helped me along the way to be a confident and trusting nanny as well.
