About Aylen

While completing my degree, I worked at Mainstream Living in Iowa, providing direct care and support to five individuals with varying disabilities and older ages in a residential setting. My responsibilities included assisting them with daily living activities such as getting out of bed, bathing, brushing their teeth, dressing, and preparing meals. Additionally, I administered medication as needed and ensured their overall well-being by fostering a safe and comfortable environment. This role required patience, attentiveness, and a compassionate approach to meeting each individual's unique needs while promoting their dignity and independence :) I do currently have a full time job working as an Hr assistant from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. My available hours will be after 5 p.m. I do alternate my days off between Thursdays and Saturdays, so on those days Im sometimes free the entire day.
