About Aylen

I started babysitting in high school and continued on and off throughout college. I'm responsible, hardworking, and naturally patient, making me a great caregiver. I love being an older sister-like figure to kids, keeping them engaged with fun activities while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to support diverse families. I can prepare meals, help with chores, and assist with homework as needed. I currently work full-time as an HR assistant, so my availability is Monday through Saturday after 5 p.m. My day off alternates between Thursdays and Saturdays, meaning one of those days I am fully available. I take my role as a caregiver seriously and strive to make every child feel safe, valued, and cared for :)
