Hi! My name is Aylen, I'm mom too, and I'm passionate about fostering children's growth. My personal experience and my 4 years of work experience have enhanced my ability to provide reliable childcare for up to 3 children. With a graduate degree and training in early child development, First Aid, and CPR, I'm well-equipped to care for children aged 0-11. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I enjoy engaging children in educational games that stimulate their minds. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I prioritize in all moments the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish. Beyond childcare, l'd love to help with whatever is necessary for them.
