Ayla has been caring for my triplets for almost 6 months. She has been great with being on time, flexible, and great with my almost 2yr old daughters. She sings songs, reads books, facilitates activities for the girls. She also helps cleaning up after meals and with laundry. She is a confident lady, eager to help and doesn't turn down a challenge (like triplets).
