About Ayla

I am a careful, patient, and organized person, qualities I consider essential in both my personal and professional life. My passion for working with children extends beyond babysitting, with over eight years of experience teaching Bible School to children from toddlers to teenagers. This role, along with helping my sister care for my niece, has deepened my love for nurturing and educating. I create a safe, fun, educational, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and encouraged. I engage with them throughout the day, fostering a love for exploration while promoting positive behavior through reinforcement techniques. Family-oriented and emotionally supportive, I am an excellent communicator dedicated to helping children become happy, healthy, and successful.
