We hired Ayda back in August as a full time nanny for our daughter. The first week she was with us, Ayda was late more than 3 times. Over the entire duration of her time with us which was roughly 3 month, there was a lack of improvement even after conversations about being timely as well as the opportunity for a pay increase. Although I work from home there was no true peace of mind having her and a care giver for our child. After a final incident we had to part ways with her.
