Ayanna has been an absolute lifesaver for our family, especially when it comes to caring for our 3-year-old son, L. From the very first day, she connected with him in such a natural and loving way. L is usually a little shy around new people, but Ayanna’s sweet demeanor and gentle approach made him feel comfortable almost instantly. She’s incredibly patient and understanding, which is so important at this age. Whether it’s reading his favorite books, helping him with fun learning activities, or just playing and making him laugh, Ayanna has such a special way of making every moment with Liam feel meaningful. What stood out the most was how attentive and proactive she was. L had a tough day once when he wasn’t feeling well, and Ayanna handled it with so much care and thoughtfulness, making sure he was comforted and happy. Her ability to adapt to his needs in the moment gave me so much peace of mind. Ayanna truly has a gift for working with children, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care she’s shown L. She’s more than a caregiver she’s become part of our family.
