Aviana applied for a last minute job I posted due to my toddler staying at home from school and I chose her over other candidates. We planned for a call at 8:30AM and for her to show up at 10:00AM the next day but she was a no call no show in the morning. I hope she is OK. But as parents you understand how frustrating it can be when this happens.
