About Avery

Hi! I'm Avery and I am a current freshman at Emerson College majoring in communication sciences and disorders studying to become a speech pathologist. My passion for caring for children stems from my love of being an older sister along with my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting young lives. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication method to ensure a seamless partnership. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. My skill set includes cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel assistance, and swimming supervision. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning and development. I strive to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and grow.
