We are so incredibly lucky to have had Avery as our nanny. She cared for our son when he was 6 months old and due to unprecendented circumstances she had to leave after 3 months. Avery loves babies and kids which you know right when you meet her. She is warm, nurturing, and educational. Her ability to be flexible and adapt to your child's needs in these early developmental stages is what really separates her. She was thoughtful in how she approached his learning and utilized our home, his toys, and the likes in a way that allowed for organic growth. We truly thank her for all she did for our son in 3 months and would rehire her ongoing.
