About Avery

I have previously spent a school year as a teacher cadet for the 3rd grade for my childhood development class and have been teaching kids dance from ages 2-18 for about 4 years now! My passion for fostering their growth and development drives me to create a safe and stimulating environment where they can be themselves! I aim to support families by providing reliable childcare and making a positive impact on children's lives. I encourage creativity and imagination while maintaining a structured routine. My adaptable communication style allows me to effectively connect with parents about their child's day and any concerns. With my background in Early Childhood Education and coursework in Early Child Development, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and engaging children in diverse games that are fun and playful while being educational!
