About Avery

Hi! my name is Avery, and I am an Elementary Education major studying at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have always enjoyed spending time with children and find the experience both rewarding and fulfilling. Babysitting offers me the opportunity to make a positive impact on a child's life while providing them with a safe and nurturing environment. I have younger siblings and I have worked with children since I was a young child. I have also done babysitting and worked at a summer camp for children ages 7 to 13. I also can help with house chores such as cleaning, dishes, driving, etc. I'd describe my personality as patient, fun, friendly I love working with kids because I love to interact with them and build connections. Working as a camp counselor grew my love for working with kids and helped me develop leadership and teaching skills. In my spare time, I like to practice my instruments, I play flute and mallet instruments! And I love to paint and draw.
