Hi I'm Avery!! I am currently 23 years old, and have a passion for helping people at any stage of life feel loved and cared for! I have worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Wellness Coach with a specialization in senior rehabilitation, flexibility. strength & balance for 4 years now! With that, I have worked with individuals one-on-one, focusing on Movement, Nutrition, Mental & Emotional Health, Recovery & Rejuvenation! I have extensive work experience and knowledge surrounding various age-related health concerns such as: Dementia, Diabetes, Parkinson's, Cancer, Neuropathy, Osteoporosis & Arthritis. Furthermore, with my knowledge of Psychology and Wellness, I am very experienced dealing with age related mental or emotional health concerns such as Loneliness, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, etc. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, energetic, empathetic & positive! I always strive to improve the mind, body, and spirit of those I work with and care for!
