About Avery

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, responsible, and organized. I like working with kids because I love to help build meaningful relationships and see personal growth and development in children. I realize the importance of having a positive role model in children's lives and hope to contribute to foster wonderful personalities. I started working with kids when I was as young as 4 years old. I am the oldest of 7 kids and when my parents weren't around to take care of my siblings I was left in charge of caring for them. In my spare time, I like to read, draw, be outside, exercise, and listen to all types of music. I love learning new things and exploring. One thing you should know about me is I have experience with children that have learning disabilities and behavioral issues. I have experience with boys and girls of all ages.
