I worked in a hotel doing room resets before new guests came in. That included changing sheets, cleaning bathrooms, restocking items, and wiping surfaces. I have been housekeeping for an elderly couple for about 4 years. For them, I vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, and dust. I am happy to do dishes, scrub messy surfaces, and keep things organized in addition to all those things. I love animals and kids, so I have no problem with them being there, or if you need a sitter for them, I can do that too!
