I have used Averi for the past month and a half on a part-time basis with my 2 month old daughter and occasionally my 3 year old son while I work from home. She is very attentive, can anticipate their needs and is very patient. My 3 year old has autism and she has been amazing with him. She works with his boundaries and he absolutely adores her. She helps around the house by doing dishes, vacuuming and picking up toys on a daily basis. I absolutely love her energy and attention to detail.
