Avencia regularly takes care of our 3 year old and 10 month old boys. From the moment she arrives, she is quick to jump in and take over and is very engaging with both boys. She's great at comforting and distracting them if either starts to get upset that we (mom and dad) are leaving and we receive regular updates while we are away to know that everything is going well. When we get home, the boys are always in great spirits, happy and smiling. It's clear that they have a great time when Avi is there watching them! Our 3 year old regularly asks when Avi will be coming over next to play with him! She's very kind and patient and any family would be lucky to have her as a regular nanny or occasional sitter.
