About Ava

As a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy childcare provider with six years of experience, I'm passionate about caring for children of all ages. In the past, I have been a camp counselor, have tutored a child with special needs, and have babysat for several different families. I take interest in the interests of the children in my care. Whether it's a favorite game, hobby, or sport, I find joy in engaging with them in activities they love. I believe in open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of contact to discuss their child's day or address any concerns. Regarding household rules, I take my cues from the parents to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and have experience with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. As well, I've completed essential training programs such as First Aid Training and CPR Training.
