About Ava

Hi, my name is Ava. I'd describe my personality as kind, fun, and organized. I like working with kids because it makes me happy. I enjoy helping them be creative and having fun! I'm looking for a job where the kids will also be kind and respectful to me. I would also like a job where the parents are very communicative with me about what they need. I started working with kids when I was 13. Since then I have worked for many families. In my spare time, I like to read, bake, and spend time with friends. I work as a librarian, so I spend most of my free time there or reading. When I'm not there, I really enjoy baking. One thing you should know about me is that I am really good at becoming friends with the children and making connections. All of the kids I now watch are happy to see me rather than dreading their parents being away. My skills include cooking, cleaning, and patience. I am also good at problem solving and conflict resolution.
